He often partners with fellow GiANT consultant Matt Purvis, currently serving organizations across health care, hospitality, higher education, and sustainability.

As an actor, director, and former head of a theatre program, David performed with regional theatres in the U.S., British Columbia and Alberta. His stage credits include Fiddler on the Roof, Man of La Mancha, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Canadian Badlands Passion Play, and the full-length solo work An Almost Holy Picture.
